Beautiful place, quiet and away from everything. Shame the restaurant and bar at the golf club is shut(nothing to do with the village) couple of pubs and restaurants around 10mins drive away. Just nice to get away for a few days helpful and friendly staff very relaxed and safe

Lovely houses

Lovely rural pier setting. House was clean and had all the intensive and stuff needed for a relaxing stay. Friendly staff in reception. Will return again when in the area. Wi-Fi not very reliable but that’s being sorted out I was told but it didn’t spoil me stay at all.

Bra vistelse!

Trevlig personal! Faciliteter kan dock förbättras - t ex var tvättmaskin trasig. Men personalen löste det genom att tvätta våra kläder. Huset verkar ha konstruktionsfel med golv som knarrar och väggen som spricker. Annars en trevlig vistelse omringad av fin natur!

LOVE this place. I stayed for two weeks. The staff were extremely helpful giving us suggestions of where to eat or what to see. The grounds and buildings were all very clean and well maintained. At least one weekend was fully booked but I almost never heard a neighbor unless we were both outside. Very relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommened!

Out stay was perfect got there on Friday at 5pm, we had done our food shopping on the way but when we got there no sockets worked in the house, the trip switch wouldn’t stay up, reception was closed we tried contacting the 3 numbers that was there and got no answer, A loud noise from under the stairs which should only make a noise if the shower was turned on, there was no hot water because of this nice and we didn’t get hold of anybody till the Sunday morning which a lovely man pat called and we had to leave the house for a few hours while he had too change a part on the emersion which was pointless because we had too be out of the house the following morning at 10am but other than that the house was spotless and I would definitely stay again but wouldn’t pay the price I paid and end up not being able too shower or charge our phones watch tv, all our shopping had to be binned

lovely accomodation cannot fault it.being driven to and fro by the local pubs for dinner and entertainment was a plus.this accomodation is not for those looking for on hand amemities but if you like countryside and a little remote you will love it.

Sehr schöne Lage und gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Checkin war erst ab 14h möglich. Schade, dass es nicht etwas früher ging. Das Ferienhaus war sehr großzügig und die 2 Bäder waren super.

Tolle Familienunterkunft

Die Häuser sind zwar schon etwas älter, dennoch sauber und gepflegt. Da Bodyke nicht an der Küste liegt ist der Preis super, Wasser und Strom sind bereits inklusive. Kinder können das riesige Gelände mit Golfplatz Gefahrlos selbst erkunden und haben genügend Fläche, ohne die Golfer zu stören. Kinderfreundlichkeit ist in Irland scheinbar genetisch fest verankert. In 20 Minuten Fahrt ist man am nächsten Badestrand, in ca. 1h am Meer. Wir haben die 2 Wochen hier sehr genossen und empfehlen die Anlage gerne weiter.

Hatte alles was im Alltag benötigt wird, wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Geschirr. Nur tiefe Teller gab es nicht, ging aber improvisieren. Die Wohnung war auch barriere frei, was wir zwar nicht benötigten, aber hatte nicht gestört. Das einzigste was nicht immer so 100% wollte war der Wasserboiler für die Dusche. Alles im allen war es schön rustikal und im Angebot.

Family Summer Vacation

We had a few issues with the water heater and washer/dryer but they were addressed immediately! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Worked perfectly for my family - we had separate sleeping rooms and a spacious common living/dining area. Plenty of space for everyone. Only issue was we couldn't use both showers simultaneously as we would lose hot water all together (no water coming out at all).

The property itself was great and there was tons of room in our space. It was a beautiful location, and fairly easy to find. The one reason I wasn’t completely satisfied was because the internet at the location is almost non-existant. The only time we could consistently get internet was at 5:30 in the morning when no one else was awake or by going into the office and using the internet connection there.
