Though the property has a nice vibe, the food available - including the buffet breakfast- was really poor quality. The hotel also has no amenities beyond the pool. The staff were friendly, and near the pool attentive, the service at the hotel was really indifferent - after visits from housekeeping for instance the bed wasn’t made and they didn’t replenish things such as the complimentary water bottles. Overall a disappointing experience and not worth the money we were charged.

Location is currently a NIGHTMARE. Crazy construction all around making it unsafe to walk to town, which is the reason we booked this hotel to. Super noisy and smelly for rooms on 1st level. The day before we were checking out and riding to the airport at 6 AM, they ask to make us move our care about 1 km from the hotel and oh, you'll have to walk all the way there with your luggage and many bags tomorrow by the way. MAKE SURE THIS IS OVER if you book. I have major mixed feelings about service. I had to ask 2 days out of 4 for the room to be cleaned up. On those 2 days the water bottle refills were forgotten. No hairdryer in the room on arrival, I had to ask for it 4 times. Coffee in the morning at the restaurant takes forever to come. But most staff is really nice. Personally we would have preferred a buffet breakfast so we can choose what we want to eat and 15 out of 17 plates of the turkish breakfast they serve are not going to waste (there must be a lot of waste...) We paid for the most expensive room of the place (suite with terrace) and I feel like I didn't get a lot for my money. Having to ask almost every day in a 4-night stay for hand towels, had soap, toilet paper... And, we did not get the free bottle of wine that was advertised at time of booking for being an Expedia Rewards Glod Member.

The room was full of flies and this maybe because of the garbage bags that was lying in the ground of the walking area and and not in the garbage container and even in the room we have requested for garbage bin.

Beautiful pool area with a stunning view over the bay to the castle and backdropped by the surrounding hill. Has a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. My only criticism was that they had no record of my booking when I checked in despite having booked it 24 hours earlier. The staff could have been better at hiding their confusion and putting me more at ease.

My stay at this hotel was a great time,The staff were great especially those by the pool and bar area. Breakfast each day was different and really good. Room was a decent sized area,Good location, just a couple of km from the centre. I’ll be in Bodrum next year and I’ll definitely stay here.

First the room view was amazing and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sibel. BUT the hotel management is totally UNPROFESSIONAL! no customer service at all! I had two situations and be aware of it!!! 1. I was charged for food that I have not ordered! please check all bills before you pay at the check out. Someone wrote my room no. and put my name on the food check! Although I did not order it!! ( attached the pic) WHICH is Ridiculous!! 2. I had asked the receptionist (Faroq) for a taxi, then there is people came 7-10 min after me that requested him to call a taxi to the airport. Once a taxi came I went to take it, but the porter knows the taxi driver, so he gave it to the people that going to the airport and asked me to wait for the other taxi!!!! although it was my turn! He preferred to give them him this ride as he will make a better money than my ride!! So unprofessional! I told the receptionist (Faroq) about it, but he tried to cover his employee up! You guys need to act more professional for a hotel you assigned to have 4 starts!!

The room was very dirty. The carpet was super dirty and the refrigerator didn't work at all. The bathroom does not have air condition. You need to make sure they will give you whatever you reserved. The location and view were amazing. The breakfast was ok too.

Just go for it!
It was amazing staying there. The room had a view on both pool and sea, breakfast is good, and the staff are so adorable and friendly. It's pretty clean and neat. The perfect photo you can take is during sunset time, it's really magical. They have a great playlist that goes a bit romantic at night.

Definitely a 5 star hotel.
This is definitely 5 star material. The rooms were amazing, especially the bathroom/shower. The view is great, but there is a busy road directly in front and behind which can make it a little tricky to get a room that is quiet. I would recommend specifying this if it's important to you.

Property was lovely however staff were rude and if you want to sleep this isn’t the hotel for you I have never slept on a bed that was so uncomfortable was like laying on the concrete for the cost of the hotel it should of been better., the pool area is too small also. The staff also need lessons in how to welcome people. Overall 2/10

Worth the trip
The staff was very helpful and considerate. Whenever there were challenges they were opening to assisting. Upon check-in we wanted to upgrade our room because we wanted something different. They made accommodations to our desires. The view from the room was amazing (could always see the sunrise and sunset). The drinks at the bar were nice as well.

This place is really special. The staff was super friendly and attentive and it is the right size hotel that is not too big and not too small. If you want a quite place to stay with amazing views and great service this is it! the view of the Bodrum castle is incredible. The location is convenient. Only 15min walk to the city center. The staff did an amazing job at ensuring COVID safety for all its guests. Lots of cleaning and hand sanitizer everywhere. I would not call this a 5 star hotel as the rooms are a little outdated in terms of style and design. The outlet in the bathroom was broken and the refrigerator did not work that great. overall i would def recommend this place!!
