It is an excellent resort. Beach was heavenly, green area before the beach was a bonus, food variety and quality was impressive. I highly recommend it. We stayed as a family and all of us loved it.

Very clean rooms! Very friendly staff! If you don't have a pre-arranged transfer from the airport, you would need to call one day prior arrival or find one at the airport. Pre-arranged would cost about 69 Euro. Very clean pool and the bay has a nice beach where you can walk into a water with a few areas without much of rocks. I would go there again if I could.

Went with a large group (family) Loved the scenery and landscape. We loved the food at Lavanta which is part of the all inclusive. Lots of Turkish cooking, just like my mom used to make. For some other restaurants you have to pay. It’s hilly and hard to walk around without waiting for a shuttle, so I don’t recommend this for those who aren’t full able-bodied and / or in good physical shape WI-FI is spotty so don’t plan on connecting to VPN to work from here, although we were able to use it regularly to save on data We all loved the water - it’s so clear, blue and turquoise not like anything you will see elsewhere Mini Bodrum is cute and fun for the (pre)teenagers especially Overall we loved our visit

All staff were 'Excellent' in manner & more than willing to help in anyway possible. However the Reception staff were 'OUTSTANDING'. Being fluent in English was most definitely a bonus. The food was 'Amazing' with a wide variety on every level 'Excellent. The attention to cleanliness within the rooms & surrounding environment also OUTSTANDING. You get what you paid for
Our stay was great. Our son enjoyed so much, though I would just like to say that most of the staff were not wearing their masks. The room was really clean! I am very sensitive with the cleanliness of the room especially the T&B, you won't see any dirt even on the sides and corners in our room. Too many choices of food at the Lavanta restaurant. I wish there was a bigger place for the outdoor dining. We also had dinner at the Laguna lounge. We expected too much from it especially that it is one of the ala carte restaurants and you have to pay extra money for it like dining in a regular restaurant. Me and my husband are hoteliers, and let me just put it this way... Knowledge of the food and drinks menu are the key weapon you have to bring with you as an F&B service staff. But it was a great experience. A lot of opportunities to grow but such a beautiful property and the shuttle guys were very friendly.

Overall nice sea and clean environment, lots of trees around. Area is large so You need a shuttle to go from sea to the restaurant or rooms. Do not suggest to old people and those with little children. People put their towels and reservate seat at sunset bar, this should be controlled so that everyone can use the bar. All the food is served at the main restaurant, there is nothing to eat at the sea side, you have to take the shuttle or climb to restaurant. Some kind of snack would be fine at sea side. You have to wait a queue at the tea and coffea house even for a bottle of water. A refrigerator full of soft drinks at the sea side would solve this problem. Staff at the restaurant were probably new, a lot of serving problems occurred. At breakfast you have to wait for water than for tea than for spoon.. etc. Nothing goes on spontaneously, you have to call and wait for everything.. you do not feel like a guest of a 5 star hotel unfortunately. Staff of the lobby, vale or cleaning were othervise helpfull

I didnt like the main courses at the buffet at all. Everything was low in quality, the meats(turkey, chicken, ground beef were all terrible. During our whole stay, we just had the salads and plain pasta.

The best hotel we've ever stayed in
Came for a COVID-style honeymoon. Absolutely fabulous. Amazing location, 2 private bays with crystal clear waters. Design and architecture were impeccable. Staff was extra friendly, especially Songul from the reception desk. Food is overall excellent. Some stuff we didn't like: 1. The silence bay beach is very windy after 14:00. We were told it was always like that. This means you can't swim in it after noon. 2. The walk to the Village beach is quite long and the shuttles don't go there. 3. For an all-included, there aren't enough options outside the dining hall. Except for alcohol, there's no food or drink at the beach. 4. The bartenders don't really know how to make cocktails. They just pour ingredients into cups without measuring them. The result is, mostly, undrinkable. But really, a phenomenal hotel, quiet, rich and opulent, relaxing. Every detail was planned with care and thought and it shows. We will definitely come back!

Excellent Hotel Wth Excellent Ammenities and Extraordinarily Helpfull Reception Staff. Parking Sometimes might be a problem due to that the vale servis is not offered becase of Covid19. Desinfectioned Rooms From Checkin to Checkout, Staff Wearing Masks All The Time, and precautionary measures for guests to wear masks on public crowded areas, beach is excelletn and the water is always turquise and clean, all inclusive service indluding alchololic beverages which are available throught the resort including the beach bar, Far from the busy streets and beaches of bodrum in a secluded area filled with trees.

Very Nice Huge Hotel in a Very Nice beach Area of Bodrum, You can Almost Swim with the fishes, so clean and many bays to swim from. Reception staff are extraordinarilly helpfull and checkin is a snap, shuttle service to rooms almost every 5-10 minutes, shuttle staff also very courteous and eager to help. Rooms are very well decorated and beds and comfort are out of this world. Nice and generous food items with all inclusive you are guranteed a declicous meal every time and alchololic / non-alchololic drinks all day long at the beach and 24 hours in the reception area.

Friendly staff. Beautiful nature. Very limited food offerings for ultra inclusive resort. There is simply not a single place to eat at the beach not even a casual restaurant. You have to take the shuttle to the main dinning restaurant which takes 20 min round trip. It is very inconvenient. I have been to over 40+ resorts in Turkey and this has a very beautiful nature but very poor food services.

Nice resort hotel right on the beach
All inclusive resort hotel. Facilities are kept well. Meals are very good for mass production. Friendly entertainment team. Bodrum is one of the rare Mediterranean vacation towns where the weather does not get too humid even in July or August.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and clear sea water.
We stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days and we most liked about the nature, nice setting in a pine forest, crystal clear sea water. Our room was very clean, house keeping was good. I would say the food was average. It claims " all inclusive" but it is not, many things are extra including mini bar in the room. The hotel has no elevator, if you do not like the hilly terrain this is not the place for you. There are free shuttles running at the compound but not so frequent sometimes crowded.

We swam genarally in the sea there were lack of animation. this was very poor. we have been there before in several times. But this time service quality and facilities are relatively worse than before. nature is fantastic plenty of foods but not good and tasty lack of staff for services
