Our recent stay at Faros Hotel was a good experience. The beach access was convenient, and September's lower crowds made it even more enjoyable. The staff was impressively professional and attentive. Breakfast was tasty, and the hotel restaurant served good food all day. The pool area was a lovely retreat. If you're considering staying around Gölköy and Türkbükü areas for your next stay, Faros Hotel is a solid choice.

Property location is absolutely fantastic. It’s right on the beach. They have a lounge area that extends over the water and it’s awesome. Food at their Felix restaurant is really good too. Property is clean, quite well maintained and the staff at the reception are just awesome.

Service and comfort lacking
Not sure where to start. I really feel we got the worst location on probably, at check I did ask to be moved before we took the room but was denied. The room was too far from the wifi, which I let reception know but after they tried to fix it it was still not working. If you like firm beds your gonna love this place. The beds were firm as a rock. The sun would be super bright since there was no black out curtains. Limited English at the front desk which I guess I can understand so little help is available. Lastly we had two free drink tickets which were not given to us upon check in and asked the manager about. They said they would remove two drinks off the tab we had but upon checkout only one was removed. Also had an issue with an order at the restaurant the wrong item came out and I said I would pay for the up charge if they can change it to the one I wanted. Manager said no. In the end we changed flights and left a day early.

I had an amazing time in Bodrum staying for 3 weeks at luxurious Faros hotel. Everything okay as spot on from room size and amenities,balcony was huge bonus for me. Food choices was great. Nice buffet breakfast. Hotel has it own pool and beach is walking distance. Best part for me was I was there bit out of season and was quite and not overcrowded. Warm recommendation for anyone vacation.

I have mixed feelings. If you are not picky and if you are only focused on swimming then this hotel will be good for you. Otherwise, this is a boutique hotel, you will not get vip service. My booking said deluxe room with pool view but I did not get such a room. When I asked about it, they said that ad was for all rooms. Wifi was so bad that you should safely assume you will not get any. I did not use my 10 euro vip benefit because I felt that I might be charged more than accurate. You should look at your final bill closely: I didn’t use the mini bar but I was charged for it. They eliminated the fee after I objected. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant staff and room cleaning staff were excellent.

We loved this charming boutique hotel. Even better in person than online pictures. Rooms are bright, spacious, and super clean. Staff and services fantastic. Location on tranquil bay with lounge chairs, bar, and restaurant at water’s edge -absolutely gorgeous.

Sessiz, sakin çok keyifli bir yerdi. Hem deniz hem havuz imkanı mevcut. Her sabah deniz kenarında bebeğimle uzun uzun yürüyüşler yaptık. Denizi çok temiz. Çok güzel huzurla dinlendik. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Sahil işletmesi çok güzel olmuş harikaydı her şey. Yemekler ortam çalışanlar her şey. Kokteylleri de çok güzeldi. Deniz zaten harika. Otelin ama yenilenmesi gerek odalardaki ürünler çok eski vücut losyonu gibi ürünler yetersiz. Kendi kurutma makinemizi getirmesek zorlanırdık. Ayrıca check out günü check out sonrası hazırlanacak bir yer yok spa vs gibi. beach teki duşa yönlendirme oluyor ama orada hazırlanmak imkansız bence. Boş odalarını yarım günlük ücretle sırf hazırlanmak için tutmak durumunda kalmak biraz üzdü. Üstelik önceden de kalabalık geldiğimiz bir oteldi. Çalışanlar yardımcı olmaya çalıştı sağolsunlar ama onların kararı olmadığından böyle oldu oldu sanırım. Kahvaltıda da ilk gün menemen vardı ücretsiz sonraki gün ise aynı menemene ücret ödedik açık büfede olmadığı için. Omlet ücretsiz menemen ücretli olmuş oldu :)

Aslinda plajini kullanmazsaniz super otel...
Garsonlar ve mutfak calisanlari cok iyi ancak otelde oda temizligi maalesef vasat... Ayrica plaj yonetiminin yaklasimindan memnun kalmadik. Plaj ve restoran, otelden bagimsiz isletme olduklarindan, otel musterisi yerine disardan gelip harcama limitini dolduracak musterilerin plajda zaman gecirmelerini ticari olarak tercih ediyorlar. Bunun icin otel misafirinin sezlonga havlu koymasina yasak diyip, kendi dolaplarindan cikardiklari eski t-shirt, gozluk gibi esyalari ile onceden anlasmali musterilerine yer tutuyorlar. Bu sikayetlerimizi resepsiyonda bizi ugurlayan sorumlulara ilettik. Umarim cozum bulabilirler.

Ambians şahane
Öncelikle otelin ağaçlar arasındaki ambiansı şahane, çok rüzgarlı bir gün de konaklamamıza rağmen çok keyif aldık.Plajı, denizi, yemekleri(gerçek adana kebap ve taş fırından enfes pizza pide)bize serviste yardımcı olan Emre Beyin nezaketi harikaydı.Tek eksik böyle bir yere alacart kahvaltı yakışırdı, sıradan bir açık büfe kahvaltı çok basit kaldı.umarım onu da düzeltirler.

Ortalama bir konaklama
Otel ortalama bir otel. Fazla beklentiye girmemek lazım. Odalar iyiydi. Temizlik görevlileri her gün oda temizlediler, havlu değiştirdiler. Resepsiyon görevlileri de güler yüzlüydü ancak Ön Büro Müdürü beyefendi gereksiz espriler yapmasaydı daha iyi olurdu. Restoran kısmında da ekip güler yüzlüydü ancak yemekler ortalamaydı.
