5/5 - Excellent
Our bed and breakfast was several miles out of Bodmin. The area is a good base for Padstow, Port Isaac, Tintagel and Boscastle. Bodmin is also the home of the Bodmin and Wenford Heritage Railway, which is a great attraction to visit.

This property is amazing. Not only is it furnished beautifully. It's comfortable, well equipped and very spacious. The host Michael had sent me a very informative email before our stay and then sent a check-in email during our stay. The park itself is quiet and the lodges aren't on top of each other. ...

visited the jail, very entertaining. I would imagine on busy days it could become easily overcrowded on the staircases. Lot's of construction work towards the new hotel; this maybe a catalyst to revamp this visit.
Small town, plenty of parking lack of "good coffee" shops
Beautiful place
Not sure there is a whole lot in Bodmin town itself, but it's well placed on the main road through the centre of Cornwall.
We only passed through Bodmin without stopping so have no opinion regarding this place.
