"Great place for kids and family a lot of activities to do San Diego is only 44 away with great beaches and museums but honestly, you do not need to leave the resort. There’s plenty activities to do on the site when you get there there’s a map. There’s also a plan of activities they do throughout the week. There’s a winery next-door. I always have a great selection of wines. I can’t put everything into this one paragraph but I will give this place a 10 out of 10."
"The toilet kept backing up and the owner told me it was just because of the altitude and it wasn’t. It was freezing in there told them that never sent anyone to turn on the heater would not recommend going."
"The pool
Staff was not helpful. Had to go to the window to order. The staff were on their phones and not watching. Ordered a charcuterie plate and the cheese had mold on it. Not happy to see that. The pool area could have been cleaned up more quickly. The staff only came out only to close the tab. For the amount one pays to stay there the services was a disappointment. One other issue was our room had a bad odor. They move us to a villa which was much better and comfortable."
"The room was mostly clean, there were a few stains on the main bed sheets. Looked to be coffee, but a huge deal. They started doing landscaping and maintenance just before 8 am one day of the stay. That was frustrating, it woke us all up earlier than planned which was not great on vacation. Called the front desk and only received an apology till I asked if anything further could be done to compensate for the inconvenience. Overall it was a decent stay, our second time at the facility, unsure if I would rebook."
"Top-notch all around; everything was clean , updated or remodeled. Very nice place to stay, and we will be back again. Enjoyed the musicians at the restaurant along with the food and service. a couple minor things like temperature in our cabin and bed pillows, but that's us—a good value and close to town if you need to go there for something.
We enjoyed our stay and two thumbs up."
"Staff was very helpful and courteous. Free convenient parking. Room was quiet. Did not enjoy breakfast as the small room where food was located was very crowded and hot. Should have a larger space for the buffet style breakfast to be accessed and more tables instead of lobby to eat."
