"The apartment location and facilities were not family friendly. The check in was a terrible experience with no empathy for a family travelling with a baby, and reception was in a different location to the apartment. The walls between apartments are thin and you can practically hear people breathing g next door. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and there was no publication advising that there was no lift - this would have been a fact considered when booking with a baby. The distance to old town...

"Our stay at The Palace was great and we highly recommend it! The location was ideal - just outside of old town in a quiet and safe area while still being just a short walk to both old town and the castle. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for the 5 of us. It was very clean, modern, and well appointed inside. We were also pleasantly surprised to find an elevator in the building. We highly recommend the restaurant next door to the entrance for breakfast as well!"

"The location of the property was excellent and the room was very clean. The shared bathroom was a bit tricky in the mornings when people from all 3 rooms wanted to shower and get ready for the day! "An absolute wonder, the apartment was so big and the host is amazing, as well as the lady who works there. It's 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to the Wavel Castle and therefore the center. Thank you so much, it even had umbrellas in the lobby for the rain. It has a store right at the corner. Also several restaurants and a beautiful park. You can also visit The illusions museum nearby"
