Al llegar, nuestra cabaña quedaba dos pisos dejabo, y sin ninguna ayuda de parte del establecimiento pues tuve q bajar el equipaje y lo mismo con la subida del mismo. Dentro de la cabaña existian espacios sin limpiar desde hace cierto tiempo. Nadie nos pregunto al momento de hacer el check-In si nos servia una cabaña dos pisos debajo, con dos niños pequeños y una persona de la tercers edad...
