"Location & Property: The hotel is located about 15 minutes from Puerto Viejo, on the road towards La Fortuna. The property is very pleasant and well maintained, with the rooms spread across different cabins connected by paths. The setting feels peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy the jungle. Room: Our room was clean and comfortable, although quite basic. The bed was comfortable and the room had air conditioning, but there was no TV or fridge. The bathroom was clean and functional, with a shower and basic toiletries. Breakfast: Breakfast was fairly standard, with coffee, juices, and a selection of hot and cold dishes. Nothing particularly special, but it was more than enough to get the day started. Facilities & Surroundings: There is a nice swimming pool, although we didn't get to use it because of the heavy rain during our stay. The property also has several paths where you can walk around and enjoy the surrounding jungle. There is even a pond with alligators. We went to have a look, although unfortunately we weren't lucky enough to see any. All things considered, this is a nice place to stay if you're exploring the area or simply looking for a comfortable stopover. It would also be a good option when travelling between Tortuguero and La Fortuna."

"Amazing tree house with jacuzzi, truly a once in a lifetime experience. Could lie in the jacuzzi and watch spider monkeys swing past in the trees. Great guides and tours as well. Would definitely recommend it. Very helpful staff."

"The perfect and premier ecolodge for birdwatching and photography in Costa Rica with unique opportunities to watch King Vultures and other rare birds. We saw 14 adult and 6 juvenile King Vultures at the feeding station, 5-20 meters away, together with about 40 Black Vultures. Fruit feeding stations attract dozens of birds including toucans, parrots and Great Curassows. About a dozen palm trees with breeding holes attract diverse range of birds to breed 5-15 meters in front of the lodge, including a pair of Central American Pygmy-Owl and two pairs of Black-crowned Tityra. Excellent delicious food prepared at the lodgeโs restaurant."

"The place is clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. The view from the window is scenic. The host is very welcoming and we were treated with fresh coconut drink. She is also very friendly and helpful. I left my power adaptor in the room and she got it arranged straightaway for me to pick up."
