"Isla Palenque was amazing! The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed our entire trip. Our casita was comfortable and offered easy access to the beach. The food at the resort was delicious. The excursions the hotel offered were fun. We appreciated the different options we had. "The villa we stayed at was impeccable, with lot of amenities (fridge, range, appliances, laundry) and with a great view of the bay. The onsite restaurante serves great food and every night the chef sent a complimentary appetitezer. The staff was very kind and attentive. "Beautiful setting on hillside overlooking the bay and islands. Excellent staff and service. Spacious rooms. Small pool. Nice restaurant. Tiki bar on the dock in the evening. Very relaxing. Can coordinate other tours of the area with them. One thing to note is there are a lot of stairs to several of the rooms as they are on the hillside. Not a negative, just a note for those with limited mobility."
