"Hello, I recently stayed at Hotel Tourreg and overall I truly enjoyed my time there. However, I do need to share a concern regarding the dining room. During my meals, I noticed a large number of flies on the tables and even on the food itself. I personally had to remove many flies from my meals, which was very unpleasant. I also spoke with a few employees about this issue, but the response I received was that it is “normal” to have flies around the food. I understand that insects can sometimes be difficult to control, but I believe more effort could be made to maintain hygiene in the dining area. This would greatly improve the guest experience and ensure a higher standard of cleanliness. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

"This hotel is AMAZING. The location is perfect close to the beautiful beach and close to nice restaurants and ice cream shops and supermarkets. I love the décoration very design and the comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious and the service perfect. Gibson the waiter is so kind as well as the rest of the team (they gave me a plug, I had a surprise for my birthday, they are very smily and professionnals. The rooftop with the swimming pool was perfect to chill after using the gym equipment. I LOVED everything, thanks so much it was the best choice to come here. Be sure I will come back ☀️"
