"Excellent staff, room, and views. The was a park close by to walk dogs also. Espresso machine, pods, and water in the room was wonderful surprise. Short drive to the famous market. The only unexpected thing was that there are a lot of polite homeless we saw around the area."

"This was my first time visiting Canada, and the trip was a last-minute decision. I wanted a quick solo getaway to unwind, explore Toronto, and enjoy some quiet time. I spent my days visiting a few attractions and taking in the city views, then came back to enjoy my suite to relax. "Kid Friendly, great food at the elm tavern I recommend the burgers and Caesar salad and the apple pie. Buffet, wish they had more Options. Clean room, clean bathrooms, atm downstairs and gift shop. My kid loved staying there and the pool with hot tub, wished they had life jackets and to dry swim Wear. Would stay here again."

"Clean bed and bathroom. Once you’re inside the hotel it is fine, but the neighborhood is terrible. There drug distribution center close by. Don’t expect to walk around to explore. Take your uber and go. Place is ok for a short stay. I wasn’t expecting much and they delivered what you pay for. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is close to downtown core. Just reasonable price in the crazy hotel market of Toronto. I would stay again if needed."

"Very nice hotel in a great location. Close enough to walk to all sorts of activities. Received a complimentary breakfast. Parking was convenient but a little overpriced. Rooms were decent with very comfortable beds. Bathroom was a bit dated."

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...
