"Pool didn’t work and parking was difficult but all the staff were nice "

"The room was gorgeous- very spacious. We had a 3bed/2 bath. It had a full kitchen that had everything except a mixing bowl. The balcony was perfect. The MB had an enormous walk in shower with 2 shower heads. The electric fireplace was a nice touch. TV in every room. The small cafe on property was quaint and elegant with amazing food. The location was convenient to Biltmore and Biltmore Village. The rooms were not very sound proof. We could hear someone above us closing doors and stomping around constantly. The pet walk area was difficult at night with no lighting in that area and drop offs at the end. Our only other complaint was that trash was not picked up consistently. Ours sat outside our room for 2 days. Our neighbors was there several days as well. And guests left food delivery trash at the bottom of the steps multiple times in different areas that were there for at least 24 hours. We never used any amenities on property other than the cafe. "

"The room was not very clean. There was construction going on with updating, but I expected the room to be clean. The floors were paint stained and dusty dirty. The staff were not overly friendly either. The fireplace in the room had a small flame burning when we arrived, with it not being on. The had a propane smell. We had to open the balcony door to get fresh air. Seemed like a leak. Plus it wouldn’t light when we turned it on. It was just a so-so place. Will not be my first choice in the future."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Location was great for walking the strip. The room was spacious and they were accommodating to my request for a roll out bed. The pool was nice, could be better lit at night time though. Breakfast was pretty small for a hotel with so many rooms, so it got crowded at times. The shower gets pretty hot and is tricky to get to a good temperature. The staff was pleasant and we'd definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was immaculately clean and so comfortable and quiet. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable! The shower and bathroom was luxurious! We will always stay here from now on whenever we go to Cherokee. "
