"Great Location, but Expect Misleading Ads and Noise The Good: You can’t beat the location. It’s right on the strip and very easy to access all the main attractions. For the price, the convenience is definitely there. The Bad: Unfortunately, the "cons" were significant. False Advertising: The online photos show a hot tub, but there isn’t one on-site. Zero Security/Service: We stayed during a convention, and the hallways were full of drunk teenagers yelling well past midnight. The front desk did nothing until my wife threatened to call the police. Hidden Fees: They charge a mandatory $7/day housekeeping fee even if you decline the service. To top it off, they left an envelope in the room asking for tips for the cleaners. Charging a fee for a service I didn't want and then asking for a tip is a total rip-off. Verdict: Stay for the location, but don't expect the amenities or the peace and quiet you see online"

"Hotel room and breakfast area was dirty. However staff was nice and helpful with an issue we were having. If you stay here bring body wash and hand soap bc they don’t provide them but the do provide shampoo, conditioner and lotion"

"Staff were awesome and really tried to make our stay better, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is definitely due for a renovation. Our first room was not clean—the tub was heavily stained, there was hair on the wall and floor, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were moved to another room, which was an upgrade with a fireplace, but it still had issues. The fireplace had chipped rocks, the walls looked like they were mid-prep for painting, and the bathroom floor constantly had standing water with no clear source. We were on the 5th floor and the main elevator kept breaking down. At that point, we didn’t want to go through moving again, so we just made it work—but overall, the condition of the rooms really took away from the experience."
