"When we are allowed to select rooms it would be helpful to know if your door opened to the outside or was part of the indoor portion of the hotel."

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Park Vista! Our room was perfect for our family, with two separate bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with rustic bunk beds that my kids thought were so much fun. The bunk room even had its own half bath, while the master bedroom had a full bathroom. The view of the Smoky Mountains was absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is gorgeous inside, with an open atrium where you can look up and see all the floors. The glass elevators were a favorite feature—they made the ride up to our room feel extra special. The pool area was amazing! The water slides were so much fun, and I loved that none of the pool areas were too deep for my 4-year-old. There was also a hot tub and a pizza place nearby, making it easy to spend hours enjoying the pool. The grounds were beautiful to walk around, with plenty of great spots for photos. Everything was clean, family-friendly, and well-maintained. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!"

"The property was clean and the majority of the staff were friendly. The only issue I had was on the last night at 9 pm I was called to move my vehicle (Kia Sorento EX) the employee said smaller vehicles had to park on the second level and I had to move. That would not have been an issue except I have a handicap placard for my car and there were no handicap spaces available on the second level. So I was made to move from a handicap accessible parking spot to one that was not. I am inclined to look at other hotels for my next stay"
