"pros: was clean, had lots of towels and toilet paper, good ac/ heat, fast wifi. cons: shower took a awhile to warm, couldn’t connect to any streaming services overall: would book again loved the price and the room. "

"During our stay there was a big snow storm (14”!). The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests and make sure things ran as normal as possible. Many stayed all weekend at the hotel just to keep things running. It was a wonderful experience. This was our second stay in two years and has officially become our go-to resort in Gatlinburg! "

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful when we ask questions about where to go to eat and what to see on our one night in Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was yummy and the staff were very nice. "
