"We stayed at the hotel this past weekend for a friend's wedding, and it couldn't have been a better experience. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay, especially for an event, this is the place. The biggest selling point for us was the proximity to the wedding venue. It was literally right next door—a two-minute walk—which made the transition from the ceremony to the reception incredibly easy. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. "IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything...

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning. When I arrived to check in, the front desk employee was not wearing any shoes, which immediately raised red flags about professionalism and cleanliness. To make matters worse, I saw a live roach crawling across the desk among paperwork during check-in. Hoping things would improve, I went to the room—but it was even worse. The bed comforter was visibly dirty, and the desk was sticky and unclean. I then saw another live roach...

"The hotel is close to the highway I45. However it is another hotel that blocks the Freeway noise. It is next to a great Mexican restaurant! Staff were very polite, professional and friendly. “Tyler” was the person we dealt with most. Breakfast was outstanding. The pool and jacuzzi are indoors. "
