"Das Personal vor Ort war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt phantastisch und wir haben unseren auf Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Unsere Erfahrung mit Expedia hingegen... Abgebener Aufpreis für Haustiere stimmt nicht, nötige Informationen zum late check in wurden nicht an die Unterkunft weiter gegeben. Daraufhin wollte ich im Chat meine Email Adresse übermitteln, diese wurde unkenntlich gemacht (für mich in dem Moment nicht ersichtlich). Katastrophaler, bzw nicht vorhandener Service...
