She assisted me with my suitcase and advised me of a great restaurant 100 mètres away. It is in a quiet village and I had a car so am not sure how easy it is to access by public transport. "Again really friendly wonderful staff. The use of English was great ! Had a chance to talk to 3 front of house personnel and that is why I will come back. Decor is out dated but clean. The people make the hotel. "

"We enjoyed staying at the Hotel Rous. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was outstanding and there was a beautiful terrace on the city wall to enjoy it. The people were very nice and willing to really take care of us! The hotel is a block from the main Square, and there are plenty of restaurants to enjoy. The underground tour was a short walk from the hotel. The only thing I would have to agree with other reviewers is that it could use a little facelift. We would highly recommend that you stay there."

OVER priced for what you get!!

"Great hotel location next to brewery. I do believe for the lack of comforts of the room it is overpriced! You are definitely paying for locations and name. I would not stay here again for the price I paid of $225 a night without breakfast. Room small and no real comforts and AC could hardly keep up. I had to go to my car and bring up a fan. Staff was friendly."
