"The Scandic Neptun has been really good for our brief stay in Bergen. It’s quite close to the harbour and about a 15 min. walk to the train or bus station. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Our only draw back was the temperature in the room. It was 25 degrees, no matter what we changed the thermostat to, so the first night was a bit warm to sleep well. There was one small fan available in the room, so we got a second fan from the front desk, for the other side of the bed. Problem solved. Would recommend staying here."

"Staff was very accommodating and provided two more pillow and a sheet. Room was too hot and we had no way to cool it. Sleeping with a quilt on was too hot but just a sheet was perfect. The location was ideal being near the harbor and many tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet had everything we could want. Thank you!"

"This hotel is walking distance to the airport and the train into the city. There reallly is not much within walking distance. Very convient for a quick stay over to catch a flt. Very clean, although we did have a little issue with a comforter. Breakfast buffet was included and nice. Dinner was a different story they were short handed, so it was pizza or a buger. Both were good."
