"I had partial power in my room for 2 days/nights. Hard to get ahold of anyone to help. Finally got the power issue resolved the second day after reminding the maintenance team. Evidently they weren't told that I had a problem. Also discovered that the phones in the rooms are inoperable. Only for "esthetics" per the mgr. Also had small black ants in the room."
