Room curtains had holes....Shower lining was clean but worn through so it looked shabby.... Bought a double power point so I could watch TV. All that aside it was a good size unit with plenty of light and sun.

Property no way resembled what was booked on internet. Best thing was supermarket over the road really handy.

Extremely small tv in the unit. We have never been in a unit with such a small tv. Signs ion a wall indicated a large screen tv had previously been in place. Also a very noisy wall heater in the unit that vibrated excessively. Had to be turned off because of the noise. Good parking and very comfortable bed.

Nasty dank smell. Ants in the bed and on the wall by bed head, mouldy damp rid bag in wardrobe, torn net curtains , holes in wall, dangerously loose saucepan handle and a generally very “tired” unit. Extremely disappointing and very poor value for cost. Certainly won’t be returning or recommending to anyone.

Toilets, kettle, towels & bed sheets are dirty, heater not working, carpets not vacuumed. No house keeping for first day of stay. Soap dispensers not working.

Check-in was quick, but had to ask for more towels and other necessities, which was provided. Only significant issue was unsecured wifi making it unusable. The pool and pool area could use some maintenace, along with the BBQ grill which was rusty.

The property looked very tired and dated and needed a good clean. Ants behind the bed, up the wall and onto the pillows and bedding. No tea towel, dish cloth, bath mat and soap dispenser empty on hand basin.

This is the second time I have stayed at this place. Both time they could not give me a printed or emailed receipt. Cleaner running the office and had no idea. Will never stay there again. The owners just don’t seam to care. I Found poo on my duvet, could not be bothered moving after a big work day and after the response trying to get a receipt I just removed the duvet

The room has no opening windows (except in the toilet) and is so hot and stuffy. No aircon, no fan. It was a very uncomfortable (attempted) sleep. Apparently there was "meant to be" a fan in the room. There wasn't.

This was a sleep over for the ferry crossing and we had our doberman, Eva with us. This place was simply fab for weary travellers with a dog. Pub across the road for a meal; supermarket across the road for a bottle of wine. A fenced in area from your room for the dog to have a sniff and a wander. Super nice owners. Couldn't have been easier.

Property was ok but they really need to step up on how they service their rooms, Stayed for 3 night never cleaned the bathroom, had to ask for clean towel, rubbish was never removed in the time we were there, Had spoken to the owner about the room so expected everything to be rectified the next day while we were out, did get my clean towels but still hadn't removed all the dirty linen and all the rubbish was still left. Owners might want to check that all the rooms are at a appropriate level especially after concerns have been made.

Looks like we booked the wrong unit; king bed in lounge & 2 singles in bedroom. Just 2 of us so slept in bedroom; just as well because lounge had a high window with no curtains so light would have woken us in morning. Bathroom cramped because of double spa. Lounge cramped because of bed. Quite a fly problem. Needs continuous flyspray unit to overcome.

Check in was easy and friendly especially being greeted by the owners dog. Parking right outside the unit was great. The unit was beautifully presented very neat and very tidy. Only regret I could'nt stay longer. Very happy and will definitely be back.
