Stayed here again during our summer holiday. Another wonderful stay. Great location in central Blenheim. The motel was quite full this time and parking is a little tight but still possible.

The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean and tidy. Good size television. Was impressed they had plunger coffee available for the morning also

The beds were amazing, it was so close to town easy to walk to. I had rung the manager because of sore knees I requested a ground floor apartment. Nothing was a problem for them. We will definitely be staying there again, free WIFI and Sky tv. I fully recommend them

A hidden gem
Excellent friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean , comfortable and well equipped, and room service breakfast in the morning was very good . Whilst this is a motel, it has the feel of a family run small hotel. Very.much recommended

Hotel hardware needs improving, bathroom water pressure is so low that after shampooing your hair, it takes forever to wash off the suds. During our five days stay, the room was only clean once and coffee was replenished only once, also only at our request. The location is good.

Our rooms are serviced daily in the morning unless guests decline servicing during that time. Tea/coffee, fresh towels etc may be requested from reception at any time during opening hours.

Highly recommended!
The room is nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable. Due to bad weather conditions my ferry arrived 6 hours late in Picton which meant I arrived at the Motel just before midnight. The owners were absolutely lovely when I rang to let them know about my very late arrival. The room was beautifully heated and it was just perfect after a long day of travelling. I will certainly stay at the Blenheim Palms Motel again and recommend it highly!

Wonderful Hotel - Great Staff
When I checked in to the hotel, the staff greeted me by name. It was a pleasant surprise! They were helpful in providing maps and recommendations. It was quieter than I thought it would be. I would definitely stay here again.

Motel staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Beds could do with an upgrade, spring was sticking out the side (hadn't gone through the material so wasn't obvious). Otherwise was a wonderful place to stay. Will likely be baxk

Arrived late in rain, hotel owner was welcoming and kindly offered to carry my bags in which was gratefully received. Spacious room with lovely little homely details and very tastefully decorated. Heater warmed room quickly. Very comfortable bed and even though very close to town centre very quiet and private feeling.

Highly recommended
Loved the little touches - moccona coffee sachets, plunger coffee in a jar, decent size coffee mugs and wine glasses. I would have scored it a 5/5 if the bathroom had hooks to hang your clothes on while showering and perhaps a shelf to hold toilet bag also soap in the shower. Otherwise your accommodation was one of the best I have stayed in.

Staff Could Not Be Sweeter!
My sister and I stayed 2 nights in a 1-bedroom accommodation. The room was great, with a double in the bedroom and a single in the living room. The living room and kitchen were great, with everything we needed. We walked right down the street to the supermarket and were able to eat in for dinner and breakfast (a luxury since we had been eating our for nearly 2 weeks during our holiday). Heather was SO helpful and lovely to work with. She helped us navigate the cute little town and coordinated directly with our wine tour. She gave us recommendations on how to kill time our last morning before our 1pm train out, and stored our luggage while we explored. I would HIGHLY recommend this cute little place to anyone passing through. The accommodations were great, but the friendliness of the staff is really what makes this place above and beyond.

Motel is a few mins walk to town and is clean and tidy. It was definitely ok for a night, but I was glad we weren't staying any longer, our bathroom had a really awkward set up, with the toilet just inches away from the shower door, which made it awkward using both the shower and toilet. Just ok.

Great stay. Room had heater on and candle lit when we arrived in the evening which was lovely. Owners very friendly and helpful, they organised tours for us and offered tips on things to do and see in the area. Really relaxing & memorable stay - would definitely stay again.
