"Nice room with some common areas. Good location not too far from the lake. Convenient parking at the property. Option for breakfast in a nearby hotel or we actually purchased a nice breakfast basket with fresh, local products that lasted us for two meals."

"The owner was lovely, as were rest of the staff. We had a warm welcome and a tour of our room prior to check-in. The Superior room was incredible. Really nicely furnished, clean, plenty of complimentary amenities. We had an amazing meal in the evening - one of the nicest we've had in Slovenia, followed by an equally enjoyable breakfast. "The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to the lake but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There is limited parking right at the hotel but there are a couple of other options, we only had a car for the one night and managed to get a spot right at the hotel. Room was a good size, only drawback was no elevator and we were up on the 3rd floor with large suitcases, lol, but hubby did carry them up ! "This guest house is absolutely unique - it has an atmosphere of a hut in the woods, and it is actually in the woods. on the way, you pass by an ancient castle, which we loved to explore. At the guesthouse we received one of the best meals we ever had, so special and so well made! Finally, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the common dining room is quite interesting and very cozy. Although the guesthouse is off the beaten path, it is worth the drive, and it is actually only 20 minutes...

"The staff were very helpful! They offered suggestions on attractions and eating places, took us to the room personally, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the office for a while before we transferred to an airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day. The hotel was once a real palace, and the room was gorgeous! And the air conditioning worked great, with the weather turning hot."
