"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...

Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Our room (the Belvedere) was spacious—bedroom with sitting area, bathroom, living room with sitting area. The delicious breakfast was multiple courses and served on authentic heirloom quality dishes. The surrounding village, forest, and lakes are beautiful. A magical stay."

Bierdeckel lagen rum, Fussboden nicht sauber lauter krümmel. Bad ohne Seife fürs händewasche. Keine Verdunklungs Vorhänge bzw Jalousien. "Villa Ingeborg is a true gem. We didn't expect such a nice villa/hotel in Fürstenberg - a village in the countryside. The large house is fully remodelled, and looks like it was recently done. The hostess is super friendly and welcoming. She greeted us immedeately on our entry into her villa. Yes, she lives there. Our room on the top floor was spotless. The bed comfortable and the sheets superb. Private shower with toiletries. And the included breakfast! Wholly makarel. Soo good and plentiful....

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key.
