"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and surrounding area expeirienced a black out and i witnessed numerous people demanding refunds because the power went out (implying it was the hotels fault). The staff remained calm, even when the people didnt understand that they couldnt get refunds until power was restored. The power was out for maybe 40minutes."
