Had a lovely, peaceful stay at Pisgah Guesthouse which just what I needed for a weekend of exploration. The room was very comfortable, the whole property was clean to a very high standard and the hosts were good at communicating with guests. Also had a lovely self-service breakfast. Loved the skylights in the room, the en-suite bathroom and the generous tea/coffee options. Very hospitable. Would love to stay here again in the future. 🙂

Exceptional stay for the price
Clean tidy and well organised communication with the owners. Stayed on a business trip and rooms were clean and tidy, a takeaway breakfast was very welcome, owners could not have done anymore. Perfect for business use at a very reasonable price.

I thought when 'Breakfast included' was an option I chose, I did not think it'd would be a self-serve McDonalds type of breakfast bun, carton of orange juice, some fruit, etc, and then have it in my room with bog-standard room coffee/tea facilities. Nevertheless, superb surrounding mountain views.

No outlook? The room has four windows with views of the mountains.Your reservation states “ I am happy to help when needed, either via email,text, whatsapp or in person, if required. However, this is a contact-free entry (Key-safe entry) We like our guests to be able to check-in whenever is most convenient for them”

Fantastic stay!
Check in was very straightforward, the room was very comfortable and a decent nights sleep was had. The facilities were very good and breakfast was amazing. Recommended to anyone looking at staying in the area!

Usually you always get to meet the owners and be able to discuss any issues and to see a happy face in a guest house. This was not the case here as you never ever saw anyone but the odd other guest. The strangest guest house I have ever stayed in in that regard.

Room was clean and tidy but the waste bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied from the previous stay. We didn't see or speak to the owners, just kept receiving WhatsApp messages from them which was strangely disturbing! Parking became an issue as my husband didn't follow the WhatsApp instructions so we got told off by WhatsApp message. There wasn't any blinds in the bathroom window which meant at night, I felt awkward and exposed using the toilet and shower facilities. The breakfast was disppointing, no breakfast room and no fresh coffee available. The rolls were inedible, hard and dry, bacon either uncooked or nuked.

Perfect location for my needs.Coffee is provided in all roomsA parking space is provided for every guest and when a guest parks across 2 or 3 spaces we do ask that they be polite to other guests All windows have blackout blinds other than heavily frosted lower floor windows

Friendly, relaxing, comfortable place to stay
Our stay was great. Really lovely and clean place with very comfortable beds. The host always responded quickly if you had any questions. Lovely warm breakfast baps and plenty of cereals and yoghurts to choose from. Also fresh cakes each morning. Central position to the station and supermarkets. Would definitely use the accommodation again.

Situated in a beautiful place, hills and cliffs and water all around us. Lovely gent to greet us with his loveable dog who just wants fussing. Room was great, there was some coffee stains down the side of the bed on the wall and the door was covered in what looked to be a wet dog shaking it self dry and it splashing the door. Overall great experience.

Ideal location to access the railway station, around 5 min walk. Breakfast was very good. Floors a it squeaky otherwise ideal for a stay where you are out all day.

A minimal conversion of a chapel with no guest lounge or breakfast room. We left after one night and dumped the second night after a sleepless night due to no blackout on window and breakfast in room offer being substandard. No cooperation from owner.

The guest requested a traditional Welsh breakfast of Lavabread, cockles and black pudding that we do not serve. We have blackout blinds on the upper window and the floor level windows are frosted.We do not advertise that we have a lounge for guest

This guest did not stay with us….having not arrived they requested a refund which we refused as we could not replace the reservation with a new booking.The guest texted to say that if we do not refund immediately they would review negatively.
