The best hotel iwe have stayed in whilst visiting Blackpool!!! John and Dean were the perfect hosts making you feel instantly welcome. The room was perfect for a family of 4 very clean and spacious and breakfast was brilliant. Looking forward to booking again for next year 😀

Very enjoyable Stay

Fabulous ,hosts and clean ,but does need some refurb ,the guys who own it have done the best they can Lovely bedding ,clean towels ,and toiletries but some things need attention ,ie shower tray cracked and damp marks on ceilings ,had a great view but windows need a clean so you can see out , breakfast was a fab full English and service was great covid safe too, tea And coffee in rooms with a nice little choccy treat too , God location pub across the road ,plenty of free parking ,and tram stop and bus stop at the end of the street ,it’s about a 15 -20 minute walk to the tower , would stay again ,just for the hospitality and fab breakfast

Walm welcoming hosts John and Dean can not do enough for you. Great balance of good banter and very child friendly. Clean spacious rooms. Great breakfast and very good value stay. Free parking and short tram ride to the tower makes it a quiet but prime location. Would certainly stay again and recommend. Thanks gents!

Great stuff all round. Recommended.

Friendly, cheerful and informative owners. Clean, tidy and comfortable, priced very reasonably and good quiet location but not far from the promenade and attractions. Good (free) parking too. Would happily recommend.

Very friendly, helpful and convenient location. Tram and bus stop at bottom of the road. If we go back to Blackpool will definately stay here again.

We Literally Cannot Fault Anything Was Amazingly Priced Breakfast Was The Best Breakfast I Ever Had Cooked For Me! The waves Hotel

The waves hotel is a lovely, welcoming and friendly place to stay, John and Dean were really attentive and took the time to chat to you and get to know you, which you don’t find in many places. When needing something they would respond within a matter of minutes. The room was clean and facilities were good. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. :)

A very relaxed comfortable stay at Waves. Hosts John and Dean are very friendly and welcoming. Waves is really close to the shore and transport links to Blackpool centre.

Staff so friendly and helpful. Bed wasn't very comfy, and my room got changed which made me 2 flights of stairs up. I am 34 weeks pregnant so wouldn't have been a problem normally
