Superb little gem.

Superb little find. I have stayed at the bigger hotels in Blackpool. But I'd recommend this one over all of them. Such a friendly couple, very homely and a very good breakfast. Loved my stay, and will stay again when I am back travelling next year.

I visit the area monthly for work and usually stay at a hotel chain in Lytham. This time, I decided to stay in Blackpool, and I was thoroughly impressed with this place. The owners provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The entire property was spotless, and it was the most comfortable stay I’ve ever had while traveling. I will be returning here every month. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the bedroom was beautifully appointed with thoughtful conveniences. If only all properties were managed with such care.

Perfect in every way!

My wife and I were going to gig in Lytham, and nearby hotels were rare - we were lucky to get a room at 1St Lukes. We were made to feel so welcome by Claire, our room was beautiful and spotless, as was the en suite. Breakfast was lovely. We will certainly return when we return to the area Ted and Karen

Best hotel in Blackpool

An amazing stay at this hotel. From arrival to check out, Claire could not be any more accommodating. The room was spotless and nothing was too much trouble. The whirlpool bath…..wow! By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Claire you are a real treasure. We will be back with you very soon and thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Wow! What a find! A beautiful property tucked a few blocks behind the prom but only a short walk to the tram stop and all the action. Fabulous friendly and well-informed hosts and an amazing room - we couldn’t have asked for more. The breakfasts were perfect and our daughter loved the owners pet rabbit! Would highly recommend this great find - 5 stars all round! Thank you for having us :)

Fabulous stay

Amazing stay. We felt very welcomed the whole time, from the introduction to our room until we left, always being greeted happily. The bath was amazing. Loved playing the PS2 and reminiscing. Breakfast was delicious and filling the next morning. Location was really good for Pleasure Beach and on easy waking distance. Would definitely stay again.

The only issue is that we had no hot water so couldn’t shower or take advantage of the amazing jacuzzi bath which did kinda ruin the stay for us especially after paying so much for our favourite room, however everything else was amazing.

Fab location only a couple minutes walk to the promenade. Amazing hosts in claire who couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms are decorated to the highest standard and are absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was amazing with all locally sourced ingredients and again a 5 star service. Have already recommended this b & b to family and friends. Amazing value and amazing time.
