Staff were friendly enough, place was clean and breakfast was good. Choice of cereals, toast, egg on toast. The thing that let this place down for me was that we had the ‘ruby room’ (family room) and it stunk of cigarettes and there was a butt left in the sink. Also, when we tried to lock the door it didn’t lock, I was shown how to lock it (from the inside, twisting and turning) a lot of faff just to make sure the door is locked.

Me and and my two children loved the bed was very comfy my son doesnt sleep very well but he slept all night and they injoyed the breakfast too thankyou xx

was good value for money but shower holder fall off wall. The whole place needs a refurb locks on doors hard to open and doors stick, limited breakfast only eggs on toast needs more staff and a make over more like a hostel

Pleasant stay

Good location close to the north pier, parking offsite, £18 for 72hours. Overall a pleasant stay.

lovely lady runs this place she rang us before our arrival .Clean comfortable place to sleep ,its not a fancy hotel but its a cosy clean place to sleep in the town centre

Amazing Family Hotel

Nothing was too much trouble for Alison, it was my sons birthday and she decorated the room with balloons and banners, the kids absolutely loved having their own room and that there were toys for them to play with. Breakfast was lovely and a large selection of cereal for the fussy ones, cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back

Fab cheap break

Rooms are basic & clean but that was all we needed. Good location. Liked that our son had a separate room to ours. En-suite quite small - sink in the way when using toilet. I found bed uncomfortable but hubby found it comfortable so each to their own. Plentiful breakfast with cereal, juices, fresh fruit etc not full English. Eggs fried, scrambled or pouched which is fine was just unaware when booked. Overall a lovely, cheap stay and really friendly hosts.
