"An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me."

I received an email stating that I would receive info re carparking 24 hours before my stay and "other" check in details approx 1 hour before the check in time of 3pm. I hadn't had any info sent to me so just after 2pm I sent a message asking for the check in info.... with no reply. I waited and waited and eventually rang the host. It went to voicemail. "Although the Imperial is not a modern hotel and I realise it must be very hard to keep these hotels up to standard for the modern customer the hotel are doing a fine job considering the people they have to deal with. As requested by Email I filled out the arrival form before I left home with my details thinking it would be a quick check in, The lady at the desk when we reached it took all are details exactly as I Emailed . My point is why ask to check in on line if they then ask for the same details at the hotel . maybe it would cut down the queues on check in if a area could be provided at busy check in time around three o'clock. I did use the express check out box on leaving."

"Holiday with family. Hotel was located next to the pleasure beach with a tram stop across the road for local travel. Lovely room looking into the front, which was spacious and clean. The only thing that we were disgruntled with was the £25 per day parking in the hotel carpark. This, we felt was excessive. Other than that, we had a great stay here and would recommend!"
