"I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. The desk attendant was on the phone with another person who was very loudly saying that it wasn't their problem, it was mine. So incredibly rude and uncalled for in a hospitality industry. We were told we had 30 minutes to leave or get rid of the pets. After driving 6 hours to be there and paying a pet fee in advance, none of this was acceptable. So we left the "pet frendly" hotel and found somewhere else to stay."

"Still doing renovations. Avg $125 per night this stay. Unacceptable room condition. First suite was not serviced and had an empty patch of cigarettes, coffee cup from previous guest and an unmade bed. Second room on fifth floor had a torn apart hallway well no carpet. Room was newly renovated, but had no trash cans, tub filled with dirt and dust which I had to clean before use and a tub spigot that pulled out of the wall during use…on top of all that, they still do not offer breakfast because area is gutted. What exactly did I pay for??? Avoid "
