"Phenomenal hotel phenomenal service. Phenomenal everything! I understand it’s the four seasons we’ve been many times and know the prices for room service ect are outrageous. But we went down for breakfast… we were charged for individual items because it was 11:20 and breakfast ends at 11am…. Which was fine…. But my wife and I had 2 eggs each… 1 side of toast each… half an avacado each and 1 smoothie each… and the price was 136$😂😂 I left 14$ tip so 150$ for what should of been maybe 18-22$...

"As someone who has never been to Whistler I found the location was perfectly in the heart of the village! The staff answered all my questions (parking duration, locations of amenities, etc) and were attentive and happy to help! I loved my stay because I took advantage of the sauna and pool, both relaxing and clean, and also got to enjoy the restaurants and bars close by. The room was a great size, clean, and stocked with amenities!"

"Overall, the hotel was reasonably priced for our stay and conveniently located, which we appreciated. The only issue was that our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time, and we ended up waiting until approximately 4:30 PM. We were told the room was still being inspected, so we had to keep checking back, which was inconvenient after a long day of travelling.
I do appreciate that the hotel compensated us for our $30 parking fee. I understand that delays can happen, but it would...
