"Very Nice Place to stay in Joondalup close to the main shopping centre, Pubs & Restaurants, clean, Great Staff. I did at first think it was a bit expensive but with the perks U get with it Great Coffee Machine, 24 hour Gym, Secure Parking is a extra $15 which isn't to much, Laundry Matt is included all with yr room. Recommend for sure "

"Room had no pillow cases on 2 of the pillows on main bed. Felt like it hadn’t had a proper clean or love- Outdoor balcony table full dirty ash tray. Discarded drink container at front door. Let manager know, said he would speak to the manager above him and “crickets”. "

"Lovely well appointed clean room•nice grounds to wander• excellent service by housekeeping, restaurant and grounds staff• the buffet breakfast is delicious, plenty of variety•dinner at Homestead Brewery highly recommended, plenty of delicious choices plus their own lovely wines. Lots of options of places to visit and eat close by as well. Stop at the Guildford Tourist Centre for a map. We enjoyed our 3 day stay immensely."

"The natural surrounds are beautiful and the gardens are very well maintained.
However, the owners need to invest a lot more money in maintaining and updating all of the buildings throughout the resort. They are looking very run down and tired. The owner also needs to invest money in hiring more staff as they were few and far between.
The Alcove outdoor bar/al fresco is advertised as being open from 11am everday but we we waited until 12 and it still wasn't open."

The rooms could use QR codes for in room, room service so you don’t have to call the front desk, but it’s easy enough to order uber eats. "
