"I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead.
Management were dismissive and unhelpful when.
Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully.
The dining experience was also disappointing,...
"Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...
"Wow--huge room, very clean and well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent--a plentiful buffet. 2-minute walk to a sandy beach. Parking was easy. Location is not in the busy part of Sunny Beach, but off on its own (which we appreciated). Awesome value for money. We would stay again."
