Clean and beautiful place
This place is amazing! The breakfast can be improved with more options and keeping the food covered. The pool was so clean. Looks like they keep up the place super clean. Friendly staff. I would definitely come back. The view to the ocean was amazing.

Whilst the place is architecturally attractive and the staff all helpful and professional, it was all completely spoilt by loud thumping, music from the bar, which is open to non residents, until 2 or 3am every night. I was originally in a bungalow about 40m from the bar, but I might as well have tried to sleep under one of the tables in the bar itself. I complained, and the next day was moved to a so-called "luxury villa" slightly further away, but it made little difference. Not really sure how not being able to sleep due to noise constitutes a luxury. Other residents I spoke to had also been unable to sleep, but as they were leaving the next day, they didn't bother to complain. It is clear that the owners and/or management value the trade from the non residents more than from the residents. If it wants to be a holiday camp or nightclub for young people, it should state that on the website and not try to deceive customers into thinking it is an upmarket property. Incidentally, the view from the luxury villa 313 was mainly of a wall and a pile of sand.

Beautiful seaside views. Very quiet as it was the off-season. The included breakfast was AMAZING for a hotel in Tunisia (and I've stayed in quite a few hotels in Tunisia).

Decent and good value
Good place to stay, people were nice. But the rooms were a bit run down, and we have a problem with the plumbing. They fixed right away but charged for a room upgrade.

The stay, restaurant and beach in the hotel were fine. But be careful and avoid the restaurant "Le Petit Mousse" in this area.

Etwas abgewohnt, aber sehr sauber. Restaurant mit sehr gutem Service, Auswahl während Ramadan eingeschränkt, geschmacklich gut. Für einen Sommerurlaub sicher besser. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

Un endroit magnifique, très bien entretenu avec un service accueillant et diligent. L'hôtel est de plus doté d'une salle de sport. Le petit déjeuner copieux, frais et composé de produit locaux tout comme le restaurant. L'endroit est extrêmement bien sécurisé

Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und sehr sauber.Alle Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und bemüht. Leider war das mitgebuchte Frühstück ein Totalausfall.Die Menükarte des Hotels war ganz okay.Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Das Zenrtum und das alte arabische Viertel waren günstig mit dem Taxi zu erreichen.Sprachkenntnisse in arabisch oder französisch sind von Vorteil.

Super hôtel pour ceux qui recherchent le calme
L'hôtel était bien au delà de nos attentes. Personnel attentionné, installations impeccables et très propres. Le restaurant était un peu cher mais agréable. Accès directe à la plage, piscine et vue sur mer. Nous avons étés vraiment agréablement surpris. À refaire.

Sotto le aspettative..
Soggiorno di 4 giorni all'hotel nel periodo tra fine aprile e inizio maggio. Struttura deludente, peccato poiché comunque dotata di grandi spazi e una bella piscina, con scarsa manutenzione, spero sia dovuto al fuori stagione. Le camere spaziose, ben pulite fortunatamente, arredamento non proprio confortevole. Quella che doveva essere una cucina funzionale, si è rivelata composta da piastre mal ridotte e accessori inutilizzabili. La posizione dello stabilimento permette comunque di uscire e mangiare in maniera eccellente. Il personale....qualcuno ok, altri no.

c'est une résidence qui ne mérité pas le plus que 2 étoiles et le prix est exhorbitants par rapport à la qualité. J'ai changé vers un palace 5 étoiles pour le même prix. points positifs la vue sur la mer est belle.

Da non prenotare assolutamente
E' una struttura prettamente estiva, in inverno quando siamo andati noi c'erano solo altri 3 clienti e sembrava di essere in un residence abbandonato. Gli appartamenti sono sporchi, i pavimenti nn vengono puliti bene e i divani sono pieni di macchie e parecchio usurati. Dal bagno esce puzza di fogna e la notte nn si dorme a causa dei rumori eccessivi delle tubature di condizionamento.
