Top Bissar Akbarpur Hotel Reviews

Crowne Plaza Hotel Gurgaon by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed three times at this hotel. First and second nights, perfect, but on last stay we ere given room near the lifts. It was so noisy especially when cabin crew met at lift at around 5am and started laughing and chatting. So lesson learned- I will ask to change if I’m given a room near lift."

Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar

8/10 Good

"Good for a short stay if looking to stay near the airport (about 25 mins). Has all the basics, good breakfast, good rooms, etc. Stay closer to the airport if it doesn't cost any extra. Only negative was I ordered room service around 9pm and billed it to the room. Then a staffer came to my room at 1030pm after we were asleep to pay the bill immediately. I told them I would cover it in the morning and then the front desk called my room to pay it immediately."

The Roseate New Delhi

8/10 Good

"Everything was amazing, especially Purvi, who provided excellent service. However, my experience with Kian Restaurant was extremely disappointing. We were repeatedly told that Kian Restaurant was fully booked or sold out. Surprisingly, when we visited around 9 PM on Karva Chauth, during peak dinner hours, there were only three families dining in the restaurant. Even after arriving, the staff told us they were fully booked. When I mentioned that reception had confirmed availability, the restaurant staff admitted that they were only offering a dining package starting at ₹15,000 plus taxes. It genuinely felt like they were misleading guests by saying they were sold out rather than being transparent about their pricing. To make matters worse, they offered us an outside decorated table for ₹35,000 plus taxes. I eventually paid ₹17,700, including taxes, but honestly, the à la carte option would have been a much better choice. My concern is not just the pricing but the lack of transparency and customer service. If there are minimum spending requirements or special occasion packages, guests should be informed upfront instead of being told that the restaurant is sold out. A special occasion should be about enjoying the experience, not feeling pressured into expensive packages. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Purvi was wonderful, and everything else was amazing, but Kian Restaurant definitely needs to improve its transparency and treatment of guests."
