"Loved the style of the hotel. Stunning decor and very comfortable beds. Staff were also delightful and well informed. The pool was a really decent size - though in contrast to the rest of the hotel the pool area is very grey and uninteresting. Also no jacuzzi. Food and drink very good and the dining room is beautiful. We had a spa suite which was very spacious and comfortable BUT be warned - it is a very long walk from these to the main hotel. I counted walking through 8 fire doors before...

"Location was great, right next to the loch, Food at the hotel opposite was great and the staff were great. Parking was a little bit of an issue with other guests not parking correctly, and the window blind, when used, fell off and hit me on the head, which was a shock at the time. Other than that, we had a very relaxing night's stay and were very comfortable."

"The food was excellent both at the pub/ restaurant and cafe and the staff were friendly. We have travelled a lot and I’ve never felt so mis-led about a property. The hotel has no access to the lake or the lovely grass yard in front of it. It is almost completely enclosed by a 6ft high fence with “no access” signs all over it that are pretty much what you are looking at. Also, there was no fridge or coffee maker (even tho they roast coffee on site!) in our room and the little store and cafe...

"The exterior of the Inn could benefit from some improvements. First impressions matter, and on arrival we were concerned it might be a little run down. Thankfully, this wasn’t the case — our room was pleasant, comfortable, and spacious enough for a one‑night stay. The only downside was that the coffee and tea facilities were very limited, with just two sachets and a few milk capsules, and as the Inn closes early there was no staff around in the evening to ask for more. "Perfect location if flying out the next day. Air conditioning is wonderful especially since there was a heat wave. Staff very friendly, beds comfy enough and didn’t hear any planes even though it’s right at the airport. Showers small, but does the trick. Good breakfast choices for everyone."

"The staff were lovely extremely helpful. The hotel does need a bit of an upgrade things like towels were clean but very worn and thin. Bring your own. Restaurant food was good and breakfast was traditional."
