"Very kind front desk woman, very helpful maintenance worker (who quickly solved a very small issue with a lot battery fire alarm beeping intermittently), very attentive housekeeping staff upon departure, and probably one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept on in a while, especially the pillows! Almost a shame we were only here a single night, but the Deluxe Room was worth the extra few bucks~"

"What I didn’t like: Check-out time is 10 AM but the entry code was disabled around 9:40. I received a link to check-out a little past 9:00am which I didn’t click because I intended to go back to unit. No such luck. Body wash dispenser was empty and had to request a refill. The passage to the beach requires some serious stair climbing and at the end, is covered by a dune you have to climb in order to get to the beach. What I liked about Lively Beach: Unit in resort was comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking space. Kitchen was well stocked. Access codes were provided a day before check-in and I had no trouble getting into the resort or the room. Communication thru text and Hotels app was prompt and clear most of the time. Resort is very close to public entry to beach which doesn’t require any climbing."

"The breakfast staff were awesome & the kitchen served really good meals. Thank you to the staff of Holiday Inn for making my stay in Corpus Christi a pleasant one. The Mariachi band at the pool was loud on Monday night but all together a great place & location."
