The local area gives you the feeling of local life in Kathmandu. Many local food sites and places of interest. The most important aspect of the property is the staff. They make your stay. "The hotel advertised a swimming pool, but this is not operational. Hopefully they adjust their advertising to reflect reality. I was offered nothing in lieu of this, which was a bit surprising. The room was very nice and the staff were pleasant. The restaurant was fine. The shower head was broken in the bathroom, but other fixtures were functioning. Maybe focus less on robots and more on ensuring that the services are in place? "

"The service was very good, everyone was friendly, maybe too friendly till the front staff came and explain everything what’s the function everything in the room including, what is the phone, paper and pen, meanwhile I was exhausted already when I got to hotel. However, I understand and appreciate that they wanna provide the good service. Couldn’t sleep well cause the air conditioner wasn’t blew the cold air which was debunked by the front staff too, and the air conditioner kept shutting off...
