"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was good. The location was also convenient. Overall, a good experience and I would be happy to stay here again"

"We had a room that faced the river which added to our stay. Beautiful view and an elephant would come down once a day to be bathed in the river. We also had a rhino come into the yard. Staff was very accomdating with any of our requests. I also booked all of our safaris through the hotel."

"i always enjoyed my breakfast made by Kismat. There was always coffee/tea/ toast and egg choices. It's my second time in a year that i have stayed here. I could copy n paste my last review and say something similar what the property lacks is made up by location and staff. The property is indeed outdated and hold and needs a do over. The location on the banks of Raptor make the difference .."
