Great for Villa Park

Great hotel we have used on a few occasions for Villa Park around 30 minutes walk. Basic but functional rooms, clean, good bathrooms. Staff are excellent. Parking onsite for a fee.

Friendly welcoming staff at reception & bar. The hotel has been refurbished since we last stayed & it's vastly improved the rooms & all areas. Only suggestion for improvement would be 2 pillows & bigger towels, but otherwise enjoyed our stay & would stop again

My wife and I recently visited Birmingham and decided to lodge at HC. We enjoyed our stay and staff were very helpful. The lift was faulty when we visited but the staff was kind enough to allow us leave our baby's buggy with them.
