"Nice room and convenient area. Noise was an issue coming from hallways and other rooms. Breakfast was adequate but limited choices."

"The staff here are amazing. So nice and helpful. The location is good also. The convenience of the parking garage to proximity of rooms was also on point. My disappointment was in the room itself. The building is old I understand, however things need work. The air conditioner was very loud and the vents blew the air directly into the bed next to it. The rest of the room was warmer and uncomfortable. The wall paper in the baths need seeing to, it's peeling off. Better quality sheets are also needed. I won't stay here again but it's only because of the physical building is in need of an update. Can't brag on your staff enough. Great people!"

"I requested a top floor room in my initial reservation and was not accommodated. I feel like there was enough notice to be prepared. The property is a little older but everything was clean, and the staff was nice. Overall it was a good experience. "

"Staff was really nice. Was able to park right in front of my room which was great for loading in and out. Room was just ok. A little dingy with broken plugs and stained floor but bathroom was pretty clean. Nice big fridge. No coffee maker in room. Security lock on the door was broken, so didn’t feel particularly safe as solo female traveler. Ended up checking out early and booking a different hotel with a safer vibe. Although this was about what you’d expect for the price point. "

"The hotel was very nice but the pool heater was broken during our visit. The hotel was at near max capacity and the breakfast service could not accommodate all the guests. It was a 30 minute wait for an made to order omelet and not enough seats/tables."
