I am very picky about where I choose for my family to stay. This hotel was very clean and nice. I like that they had different options for breakfast each morning. The sweet lady who worked the front desk both nights was extremely helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our front desk receptionist was sooooooo nice!!!! She was so pleasant and sweet. I didn’t catch her name but she was amazing m! Was very informative about where everything was. Checked my family in right away. It was the smoothest check in experience I’ve probably ever had so far. Kindness and being nice is so important these days in this rough world. She was awesome!!👍❤️

During the night someone kept putting a key 🔑 card in our door and jiggling the handle. This went on from 230am until 330 am until I called the front desk and she went up there. Obviously it was some spring break kids because there were pizza 🍕 boxes in the hall down from our room. I got 1 hour and 1/2 of sleep before my dr appointment in birmingham the next morning. Not happy 😒

This was my first time staying at a Best Western and I was pleasantly surprised! Sharron at the front desk was lovely. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. My room 214 was clean and smelled really good. I give 4/5 because the bed was a little firmer than I'd like and the room could've used a deep clean around the buttons on the lights and around the bathroom corners.

Coming from the south it is difficult to find, as sign can be seen from the north only. Maybe putting the exit on the website would help considerably. Very friendly staff.
