"We love the spacious apartment. We could do laundry and cook if we liked. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We initially booked a transportation with them. We had to pay. However, the driver was at a different gate. So we had to get a “Grab” (a version of taxi/Uber). The staffs apologized and gave us a complementary ride back to the airport. We did not have to argue. They just offered. They were great. "

Downstairs they provide free purified water. One problem is that the room is so small and tightly furnished, there is no place to open a suitcase.
