Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items on the bed, not really a professional experience with the maintenance man, we had the tv fixed, but the lock still did not work nor the phone. We put our stuff in front of the door so no one would come in, since the area was not good. We woke up and went for the breakfast we saw on your site, but, we arrived to white bread, two trips of cereal with not labels and dirty table, totally not what was on your site!! I must say this place was the worst place I have ever stayed in my 60 years on this earth, totally unsatisfactory
