"The views are fantastic as is the setting above the valley. The pools are wonderful and well kept. The property is in terrific shape for being almost 60 years old. The restaurant served very good food, though the service was only adequate possibly due to under staffing. The rooms were spacious and very well appointed. There are no tvs so bring a good book if you want to be inside. There are many activities available right at the lodge which makes an extended stay very worthwhile. Sun Mountain is definitely worth checking out."

"Cute cabin, cozy, and has everything we needed. Location is great and walkable to one of the best places to get pizza. Quaint little town and close to the lake for some fun. Hot tub could be hotter and slippers for the cabin would be a nice touch."

"Great pool (but chilly) Very family friendly!!! The bright lights do pour into the room throughout the night so that can interfere with baby sleeping. But comfy bed and amazing breakfast!! Would stay again"

"The room was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable had the extra amenities like soap for dishes, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was excellent! Not only cereals, oatmeal, waffles, coffee, and tea, but also hot breakfast with quiche or scrambled eggs and bacon. If in this area again would return to this hotel."

"It is a cute place, be ready for a more rustic experience as far as bathrooms and washrooms go. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a very flimsy lock, and we were the only ones on property for most the stay with spotty cell phone service. That part didn’t feel safe. If there were on site help or other campers around I think I would have felt more safe."
