I stayed at The Vegas Hotel for 4 days but it's not safe they their windows on the inside don't lock so like if somebody was outside your window they can open your window and get in your room bathroom was not clean the first room I had I had to pick it up they kicked me out today and called the cops so now I am now back in my car they won't give me my deposit back and they won't give me the room money back and they told me that I am trespassed from the property the guy that runs it when I lift up the article his name is Chris and he told me that I'm no longer welcome talking to my family at The Vegas Hotel in Billings Montana

Good price for area especially for a concert night. Area has very limited food options. Room was clean, but dated and worn. Also had to provide a deposit that was higher than what was listed in the booking information.

When I made the reservation on expedia it listed amenities listed Resturant, breakfast, room service. game room … etc. None of these existed. we had a plumbing issue and they did not respond until I demanded service. When I checked out they refused to provide a receipt or refund a required deposit. They stated the receipts would be provided by Expedia. Also the deposit would come from Expedia. The manager was not easy to deal with.

We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience. The game room is located on the second floor and you need to make a reservation from their website to use it. For the room services, the front desk person tells the people that if they are staying for a long time, they can just call front desk for a service. so yes, you need to request for the service and we provide that to you. your reservation was a prepaid one, so our system just says that prepaid, it won't show us the amount or to you. if you book through any third party, they give you a receipt because ours just say that it was prepaid, we are sorry for the confusion. We are trying our best, we will try to improve.

Staff was hard to understand. Carpet looked like it hasn't been vacuumed for a long time, Bed was hard. Remote for tv didn't work. Restaurant and casino were permanently closed.

The guy at the front desk was not very pleasant at first, not rude. He was not welcoming. The entrance has a vehicle that is smashed up right in the front to walk in, the entrance is not clearly marked. Carpets in hall and going to my room were not vacuumed. I was asked to put 50 dollar cash deposit that i would get back at check out. I was willing to over look all of that because I paid a cheap rate. I went into my room and the room doors have about a 2 inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. There were guest down stair and down the hall that were clearly having fun and one that was upset. They all sounded like they were in my room. They need carpet rooms because every noise echos in the room and the bed rolled and was unstable. When the bed rolled (I only sat on corner) it showed that clearly under the bed was not cleaned or maybe the employee swept everything under the bed? I did not feel safe. I was in the room a whole 15 mins and I had to leave and get a room somewhere else. I went to the desk waiting but I was uneasy about all the commotion and left my room key on the counter. The man ran after me and at that point was kind and asked how they could improve and if I was okay. However, he did not ask me to go back in to give my cash deposit back to me and did not even offer to refund one of my two nights i booked and now chose to go to a safer area as I was a female alone.For the price i mean you get what you pay for, right??

I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay, If you could have told the front desk person, he might have done something to help you with your concerns. as per the deposits, we take cash and card deposits, so it become difficult to tract every person's deposit by their face, that's why we check on the system before checking peole out if they had cash or card deposit, if you would have stopped by the desk, the front desk person would have done everything possible from his end to make your stay better. as far as the noises in the room goes, the quiet hours are during the night time. during the day, people are staying and enjoying in their rooms, if you could have toild this to the front desk too, they would have moved you to a different room. we are sorry for the inconvenieve.

Two of four washers in the guest laundry were out of service and a third one began leaking shortly after I put my wash in the fourth machine. No change machine to get quarters for laundry and no laundry soap available. There should be a dispenser in the laundry room or at least supplies at the front desk for purchase.

I did not like the room. I soon I enter the room I could see the see boxsprings stains, and bed sheets dirty, Toilet and washroom floor was also dirty. I understand that it is cheap but they should clean up and bed should be in a good condition.

No working shower. The next morning the clerk got snarky...telling me ' nobody else complains'. The next day, i had to stay again, they tried to give me the same room, i asked if the shower had been fixed?NOPE! When i refused to take the room without a working bath, the clerk refused to give me a different room....so i had to spend an hour on the phone getting my reservation canceled.

The box spring was bare and damaged, mattress was bare as well (no fitted sheet) just sheets on top. Bed frame was on wheels on a LVP floor, jump into bed and surf across rhe room! Shower head was damaged. We slept in our clothes on top of the comforter, checked out the next morning and got a room somewhere else.
