The place has undergone renovations, which i appreciate. But, the rooms, i believe, were not checked over. The shower did not work the drain in the sink didnt work there was painters tape on the ceiling no tv remote dust from installs. I felt like i was the one to work the bugs out. And it smelled too new. We did get another room. And those items did work, but we did have to set up the tv as if it were new. It smelled too new also. It gave us headache

Room was very nice but the entire first floor ( lobby, dining area etc) was under construction. Large rollaway dumpsters in the parking lot. Veryy unpleasant conditions...

Very Disappointing
Hotel was old and run-down; smelled; barely any hot water in the shower in morning even though hotel was not full and arrived to find bed had not been changed before we checked in.

We were so impressed with the 3 people who worked the front desk at the hotel. They were so kind and helpful. These 3 people were Cara, Charles and Star. We were so disappointed that we booked our room through Expedia instead of directly through the hotel. Expedia charged us almost twice the going rate. Lesson complete. Live and learn.

The property was great. The only thing was the water dripped from the shower. Put a towel over it not to hear the drip. Otherwise, all was great.

Billings Hampton Inn
We selected Hampton Inn & Suites Billings West 1-90 because it is close to the shopping we like. As this was our first time at this location, we were pleasantly surprised with the room and the amenities. The hotel breakfast was much better than other hotels.

Reasonably dealing with difficult circumstances
Hampton appears to be short staffed as breakfast was out of coffee and otherwise not staffed at times. Construction in the hallways was reasonably confined to daytime hours.

The hotel is going through rennovations its extremely unattractive the walls of the hallway were ripprd out, everything is so old that makes it uncomfortable to stay there. They should close the hotel instead of having the public exposed tonsuch conditions. The lobby smells mold and dark and old. I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the hotel

Great hotel stay.
Amazing place to stay. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast was awesome and the staff that did the meals did a great job. Lots to choose from. Different egg and meat every day. Oatmeal, toast, pancakes, fruit, milk, juice & coffee. Delicious.

Beds were uncomfortable, hot tub was out of service, bathroom floor in the room was not very clean, shower was either freezing or scalding hot, breakfast seemed like it had been reheated a few days in a row and not very good, and coffee in lobby was cold.

The ladies at the front were so amazing. I can’t remember their names, but I know one was training. They turned an unfortunate day into a much better one. The room was extremely clean and the hotel overall was very welcoming. I knew it was going to be worth the price right when I walked in and saw those 3 smiling faces!

Nothing major. They just need to set up the breakfast area to flow a little better. Like not having the waffle makers in the corner of the counter. They need to be at the beginning of the counter. That way not everyone is reaching over you to get waffle mix and reaching over the food you already have on your plate. Unhygienic!
