"The Hotel is excellent for a budget Hotel, staff very friendly, there english is very good, very handy if you're going to the port as its only 20 minutes away, the only downside is, is not very easy to find, it even confused the Sat Nav, my advise when you get lost (and you will) is reset you're Sat Nav and it will take you straight there, apart from that i would definitely recommend it"

"Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough"

"Excellent hotel, very smart and classy, the staff were fantastic and go over and beyond customer service. The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries. Transport links are also very good with trams on the doorstep and bus/train stations within a five minute walk. All in all an excellent hotel and stay. Mark room 14 "
